Both work as Shakha Mitra (a mentor and caretaker) wherein they visit the schools regularly, interact with the Principal, staff and students to understand the limitations, scope and progress at various levels such as infrastructure, academics, financial and overall development of the schools. Being life members of sanstha, they attend the meetings and functions of these schools.
