“Subhanmangal”, the college magazine spreads essence of the college annually in the form of words. It aims at providing an outlet and reputed stage to the literary and creative talent of the college students and staff as well. Students are encouraged to express their views and counterviews on the topic of concern in the forms like fiction, nonfiction, scientific writing, travelogue, biography, one act play, poem, story, interview etc. Particular language is not the bar for their expression. So our sovenier receives writings in Marathi, Hindi and English. Students come forward with all expression media as writing, sketches, caricatures, photographs, paintings etc. It is noteworthy feature of our souvenier that cover page and the articles in the magazine keep an eye on current social issues viz. Water crisis, Suicides of farmers, Suicides of students, Global Warming, Terrorism etc. and tries to find solutions on the problems that helps to render awareness in our students. College magazine is mirror of the annual progress of the institute in various fields. The magazine is one of its kinds in Shivaji University and brings laurels to the institute each year.The magazine was awarded as The Best magazine by the Yashwantrao Chavan Pratishthan,Mumbai for the year 2013-2014.Prin. Dr. D. D. Patil was in the chair. He stressed the need of involvement of parents in the college activities. Dr. B. K. Auti, Dr. M. B. Karande expressed their views. Mr. S. S.
