  • Scholarship & Freeship Forms Filling & Verification within Time.

  • EBC / Minoroty / GATA Scholarship Forms Filling & Verification within Time.

  • Forwarding Verified Scholarship / Freeship Form to Samajkalyan Login.

  • Forwarding Audited & Verified EBC / Minority Form to DTE Office.

  • Scrutiny of All Verified Scholarship / Freeship Form at Samajkalyan Office.

  • Making Proposal of Vidya Vetan / Swadhar / Bookbank / DPDHMS & others.

  • Making Proposal Financial Assistance to Students from Private Scholarship Schemes.

  • Follow up with Samajkalyan Office to Sanctioning Scholarship / Freeship.

  • Sending Notices / Letters / SMS / E-mail to Students & Parents.

  • Student Data Updating DTE / AISHE Web Portal – Result & Concession Mgt.

  • Compliance of DTE / Samajkalyan as per Circulars

  • Proper Record Keeping of Pending Scholarship / Freeship / EBC Updating Regularly.

  • Provide Information to A/C Dept. of Received & Pending Scholarship / Freeship / EBC – Year wise within Time.

  • Issuing Certificate as per Student Requirement.

  • Record Keeping of Karmaveer Scholarship / Fee concession etc.

  • Other Work Allotted time to time & proper filling of Scholarship Section.
